Learners purchase course access for a set period (monthly or 6 months, depending on what is currently offered). You are buying learning access in the portal — not a licence label or a PDF dump.

• UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking (via our payment gateway partner).
• Learning access starts after the payment gateway confirms a successful payment. Your access period runs until the expiry date on that purchase.
• If a payment fails or stays pending, access is not granted. You can retry checkout safely.
• Subscriptions are completed online only. We do not collect cash or offline card details.
• PadhaiKarle does not store your full card or UPI PIN. Card and bank details are handled by the payment gateway.

Refunds are not available. All subscription fees are final. PadhaiKarle does not offer refunds once a payment is successfully completed.

Payment errors only: If you believe you were charged in error (duplicate payment or failed access after a confirmed charge), email billing support with your registered mobile/email and payment reference ID. We will investigate payment errors only — not change-of-mind refunds.

Cancellation: Access lasts for the purchased period (1 month or 6 months). There is no mid-cycle refund. Renew by purchasing another period when the current one ends.

• Published teaching content remains PadhaiKarle’s service offering; textbooks remain the curriculum source for structure.
• Misuse, scraping, or resale of content may lead to suspension without refund.
• We may update plans, subjects, and features; material billing changes will be communicated on the site.

• We collect account details such as name, mobile number, and optional email to run your student account.
• For paid plans we store payment status, access expiry, and gateway payment references — not full card numbers.
• Data is used to provide learning access, support, and billing records.
• We do not sell student personal data.
